Against the order passed by the authority, rejecting the petitioner's appeal, he has a remedy of filing revision under Rule-13 of the 'U.P. Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999', which has not been availed of by him.
Writ petition is accordingly not entertained in view of the availability of statutory alternative remedy, while leaving it open for the petitioner to prefer a revision in terms of the applicable service rules. In case such a revision is filed within two weeks alongwith the certified copy of this order, the same shall be entertained, and dealt with on merits in accordance with law.
