Heard Sri S.R. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent no.2, 3 and 4.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the impugned recovery citation dated 25.03.2019 issued by the respondent no.6 for recovery of Rs.4,00,000/-.
Against the impugned recovery citation, the petitioner may submit his objection before respondent-corporation within a week from today. The respondent-corporation may decide the objection of the petitioner within a week thereafter.
For a period of 15 days from today, no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
A copy of the order may be given to Shri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the Power Corporation within next 24 hours for communication and necessary compliance.
