Although the direction by the writ Court is to the Deputy Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Uttar Pradesh Police Head Quarter, Allahabad to decide the claim of the applicant, but the instant contempt application has been filed by arraying Inspector General of Police, as one of the opposite party, without any explanation as to how he is required to deal with the claim of the applicant.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the contempt application. It is disposed of accordingly.
