Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.
The grievance of the petitioners is that on his application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner was required to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- as expenses for a demarcation prayed by him. This amount had been deposited on 24.04.2018 but actual demarcation has not been made by respondents.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the requisite fee had been deposited by the petitioner as claimed by him, the respondents shall ensure demarcation on the spot, positively within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the respondents.
