Fresh affidavit of compliance has been filed today, the same is taken on record.
A reply to the aforesaid affidavit of compliance has also been filed and the same is taken on record.
The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Writ C No.14412 of 2019 (Upendra Kumar Verma Vs. State of U.P. and Others) as well as order dated 01.10.2019 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 6521 of 2019 (Upendra Kumar Verma and Others Vs. Ashwani Kumar Srivastava, S.D.M. Sadar, Ballia) and order dated 07.02.2020 passed in Second Contempt Petition No. 846 of 2020 (Upendra Kumar Verma and Others vs. Ashwani Kumar Srivastava, S.D.M. Sadar, Ballia).
Today when the matter was taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the counsel for the opposite party, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
