In the instant case, five licenses for fair price shops have been cancelled by different orders and the petitioners have challenged all the five orders in the present writ petition, though, each cancellation order gives rise to separate cause of action, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the writ petition may be dismissed with liberty to file afresh.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file afresh.
