Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present petition, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur to decide the protest petition being Misc. Case No.459 of 2018 (Smt. Upasana Vs. Surendra Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.162 of 2018, under Sections 323, 354, 392, IPC, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur, within the time stipulated by this Court.
Submission is that the protest petition of the applicant is pending since 10.5.2018. It is submitted that no orders are being passed thereon by the court.
This application is disposed of directing the court below to pass appropriate orders on the protest petition of the applicant within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it.
