Respondents shall receive instructions as to what action has been taken by the State Government in pursuance of the statutory provisions contained in Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992 and the Persons with Disabilities Act,1995 as well as the scheme framed by the Government of India namely, Integrated Education for the Disabled Children and the circulars issued from time to time.
