This is an application filed by the claimant/respondent for release of the amount deposited for the applicant in the favour of claimant. Considering the circumstances of the case, we direct the Tribunal to release 50 per cent of the entire amount deposited by the appellant in favour of the claimant/respondent within a period of one month.
