Meanwhile, the recovery against the appellants in pursuance of the judgment and order (award) dated 18.2.2012 and decree dated 23.2.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Azamgarh in M.A.C.P. No. 269 of 2006 (Rajesh Chandra Upadhyay Vs. U.P. State Road Transport Corporation Akbarpur Depot and others, shall remain stayed. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
