We have taken up all these appeals on merit. Mr. Sameer Sharma, very fairly states that the issue involved in all these appeals have been answered against the appellants in Special Appeal No. 1237 of 2003 (Managing Director & Others vs. Gopal Ji Mishra & Another) and Special Appeal (Defective) No. 919 of 2004 (Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation & Another vs. Devi Prasad), and analogous appeals.
In view of aforesaid, all these appeals stand dismissed.
