The submission of Sri M.M. Sahai, learned counsel for the appellant is that even though the disability certificate produced by the claimants/respondents was disbelieved, the Tribunal erred in allowing Rs.36,000/- towards disability.
Issue notice to the respondents no. 1 and 2 by registered post fixing a date.
Until further orders of this court the operation of the impugned award dated 22.5.2010 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire amount awarded along with upto date interest within a period of one month from today. Out of the amount so deposited half shall be paid to the claimants/respondents without any security and the other half shall be kept in a short term fixed deposit with a nationalized bank. The amount deposited before this court shall be remitted to the court below for adjustment.
