JUDGMENT / ORDER

Compliance affidavit has been filed by Sri Mukesh Kumar Kushwaha today in Court, which is being taken on record.
In paragraph-5 of the aforesaid compliance affidavit, it has been stated that month to month salary is being paid to the workmen pursuant to the order of the Writ Court dated 03.5.2012 passed in Writ-C- No. 21057 of 2010.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that full salary is not being paid to the workmen and after illegal deductions, salary is being paid, therefore, order of the writ court has not been complied with.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted two weeks time to file reply to the compliance affidavit.
List after two weeks.
