This is an application under Section 542, 543 & 544 of the Companies Act, wherein nine Ex-Directors have been made party and five other including Official Liquidator. Sri S. M. G. Asghar, learned counsel has filed his power on behalf of Respondent No.5 Sri Manish Bahal, Respondent No.8 Sri A. Karati and Respondent No.9 Sri Neeraj Dhawan. He prays for and is allowed a month's time to file the reply to the petition.
Office has reported that in respect of notice to other Ex-Directors and respondents response is awaited. Office may report regarding service on them on the other respondents by the next date.
