1. It is stated by counsel for appellant that in respect to same acquisition proceedings a large number of appeals are pending, which are given as under:- First Appeals No. 147 of 1998, 916 of 1999, 463 of 2008, 920 of 1999, 621 of 1999, 917 of 2000, 517 of 2002, 518 of 2002, 514 of 2002, 495 of 2002, 687 of 2002, 301 of 1997, 343 of 1998, 342 of 1998, 914 of 1999, 519 of 2003, 522 of 2003 and 838 of 1999.
2. It is further stated that some are cognizable by Division Bench and some are cognizable by Single Judge and other by same Bench connected to these appeals with First Appeal No. 939 of 2004.
3. List before appropriate Bench after obtaining nomination from Hon'ble The Chief Justice so that all appeals may be heard by same Bench.
