Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the respondents have refused the notice of this Court and an affidavit to that effect has already been filed with the Registry of this Court. However, he requests that fresh notice be issued to unreserved respondents to avoid any kind of complication in future. He further requests that such notice may be allowed to be served through the process of the Court.
