------------------- Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the first respondent to grant permission for shifting the unit of the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P3.
2. According to the petitioner he was running a Saw Mill unit which he was running since 1985 and he intended to shift the same to another premises. When an application was submitted to the Panchayath they insisted for permission from the Divisional Forest Officer and according to the petitioner he submitted Ext.P3 application. The complaint is that so far the same was not being considered by the respondent.
3. Ext.P3 is an application filed on 10.06.2014.
The learned Government Pleader submits that necessary orders will be passed in Ext.P3 after conducting enquiry in the matter.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as W.P.C.No.15895 OF 2014 2 under:
The first respondent shall consider Ext.P3 and pass appropriate orders within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the judgment.
