JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter relates to the participation of the petitioner in the 54th Kerala School Kalolsavam 2013-2014. This Court by interim order dated 22.1.2014 permitted the petitioner to participate in the competition.
As the very purpose sought to be achieved by filing this writ petition has been served by obtaining the interim order already issued by this Court, this writ petition is closed.
If the petitioner has any subsisting grievance, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the competent forum in appropriate proceedings.
