This appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C)No.17115 of 2014 which was filed by the appellant herein mainly seeking a declaration that she is HSST Chemistry (Senior) and for disbursement of the consequential benefits. In the said Writ Petition the order impugned was passed by the learned Single Judge requiring the respondents to disburse the salary due to the 5th respondent for the period from 02/09/2013 to 01/09/2014, during which period, she had approved service as a HSST. It is this order which is under challenge before us.
2. The impugned order itself show that by Ext.P4 order appointment of the 5th respondent for the aforesaid period was approved. It is also a fact that she had worked in the school during the said period. The interim order passed by this Court W.A.No.1453 of 2014 2 also did not restrain the respondents from disbursing the salary. In such circumstances, according to us, the learned Single Judge was fully justified in passing order requiring the official respondents to disburse the salary due to the 5th respondent.

We also take note of the fact that in the event an adverse order is passed against the 5th respondent, that situation also was taken care of by the learned Single Judge by providing that she shall furnish an undertaking in the form of bond agreeing to reimburse the same. Added to all these, we do not know how the appellant, another teacher, is aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
4. In such circumstances, we do not find any merit in the appeal.
Hence the appeal is dismissed.
