The petitioner is aggrieved by the non- consideration of Application No. C 1647/2011 before the authority appointed under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. The petitioner herein, a worker is before this Court, seeking expeditious consideration of the said application. Since, the petitioner has not approached the authority for such expeditious consideration, it may not be proper for this Court to direct such expeditious consideration without looking into the pendency of the work before the said authority. In fact, the authority before whom the 3rd respondent has filed the application is also not seen impleaded in the writ petition. For all the above reasons, writ petition stands dismissed.
