Heard Sri Anand Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.P. Sharma, learned counsel for respondent no. 2.
At the very outset, learned counsel for contesting respondents submits that scrutiny of the answer booklet has been properly done as required by him, however after re-evaluation has taken place and one mark has got increased in the total number of marks earlier awarded to the petitioner, a corrected marksheet has been issued to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received corrected marksheet but takes plea in regard to other issues like not awarding the marks in question nos. 3-b and 6. From the perusal of the answer booklet which has been brought on record through the writ petition it is quite visible that petitioner has been awarded zero marks against the answers of both the questions.
This Court cannot question the wisdom of examiner in awarding marks. Since, the corrected marksheet has already been given to the the petitioner in which he has got one mark increased in total marks, no further issue is required to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
The writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
