Heard Mr.Matafer Pande, learned counsel for the applicant. He states that the matter is settled between the parties. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the lower Court to expedite the trial.
In view of statement made by Mr.Pande, learned counsel for the applicant, present application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach Sessions Court for early trial of the Sessions Case No.29 of 2012. As and when such application is made, the Sessions Court may consider the said application and try to dispose of the Sessions Case No.29 of 2012 pending before it.
