Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and it is submitted that so far as anxiety of the Court below to produce the necessary books of account and other documents, such material can be produced by an authorised representative of the petitioner but the petitioner cannot be compelled to depose and also to remain present along with materials/documents asked for.
Notice returnable on 26.9.2012. Meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of para 8(b). Direct service is permitted.
