Learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that the learned Appellate Judge without justifiable reasons reversed the findings of facts of prima facie nature and set aside the order passed by the trial Court. The manner in which the survey numbers, which were given along with other survey numbers in the Will executed by Champaben, coupled with number of interpolations and scoring off of different dates of execution of will and statement of witnesses, creates doubt about genuineness of the Will.
