(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct the learned counsel for the respondent to place before us the resolution of the Committee for selection by which none of the 21 candidates who appeared at the interview was found to be suitable. The power and authority of the Standing Committee be also placed before us by way of an affidavit. The resolution doing away with the necessity of completing probation period be also placed by way of an affidavit. The SCA/3598/2011 2/2 ORDER respondent is also directed to give para-wise affidavit to the main application. Let such affidavit be given within fortnight from today. Let the matter appear on October 23, 2012.
