Considering the nature of allegations and role attributed to the petitioner, who is owner-cum-driver of the vehicle in which passengers were travelling and main allegations are levelled against those persons.
In view of the above, by way of ad-interim relief, further proceedings of the complaint impugned shall remain stayed qua the applicant. However, it will be open for the Investigating Officer to investigate the offence alleged, including recording of statement of the petitioner and collect other necessary material, if needed for the purpose of investigation.
