Mr.Lakhani, learned advocate has appeared for the applicant and submitted that the FIR has been filed in March 2012 and therefore, in all probabilities, now charge-sheet has been filed. Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail. He also submitted that if learned APP can confirm as to whether charge-sheet is filed or not, then the applicant will take appropriate action and if the charge-sheet is filed, the applicant would approach the learned trial Court with appropriate application or as may be advised by him.
So as to enable the learned APP to ascertain as to Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/5064/2012 ORDER whether the charge-sheet is filed or not, time is granted. S.O. to 27.12.2012.
