JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of modification already recorded in order dated 01.05.2012, it will be open for the Investigating Officer to verify records with regard to ownership of the machinery and other issues, which is subject matter of the impugned complaint.
It is made clear that pendency of this petition will not come in the way of the competent court to decide applications filed by both the parties for custody of muddamal under Sections 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 .
Post the matter on 22nd June, 2012.
