JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted that the complaint is nothing but an after thought and a counter-blast and contrary to law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of State of Haryana v. Ch. Bhajan Lal reported in AIR 1992 SC 604.
In view of the above, issue rule returnable on 10 th July, 2012.
Ad-interim relief in terms of para 9[c], till then.
