Unknown vs State Of Gujarat &

Having heard learned advocates for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prima facie, allegations are levelled against the husband and it appears that the petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother- in-law have not played any role.

In view of the above, further proceedings of the impugned complaint shall remain stayed qua petitioners till further order.

Post the matter on 26th June, 2012.
