JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondent - State of Gujarat.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, order dated 22.02.2012 passed by this Court shall not preclude the Deputy Collector, Mundra, Kachchh to decide the appeal by taking into consideration all the relevant record pertaining to the disputed entry.
Post the matter on 18th April, 2012.
