JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Issue notice returnable on April 19, 2012. Since Mr Jani, the learned Government Pleader has instruction to appear on behalf of the State-respondents, he waives service of notice on behalf of the State-respondents. Hence, notice need not be issued upon the said respondents. Notice be issued upon respondent No.6.
In the meantime, the State-respondents will file affidavit- in-reply.
