(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Mr Jani, the learned Government Pleader is directed to take instructions from the Collector concerned who passed the order impugned being Annexure-E, whether before passing such order, any notice was given to the Panchayat concerned of the intention of the Government to resume the land for non- compliance of the condition of giving land to the Panchayat.
