(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to our earlier direction, the matter has appeared today. Mr. P.K. Jani, the learned Government Pleader, after taking instruction from his client, has submitted that pursuant to our earlier direction, the enquiry by the Taluka Development Officer as well as the District Development Officer, Panchayat, was conducted in the matter, and it was found that there appears to be no financial irregularity, as alleged by the applicant. Three different copies of the report has also been placed before us.
WPPIL/171/2012 2/2 ORDER In view of such fact, we direct the State-respondent to give affidavit annexing these reports. The translated version of the report should be annexed with the affidavit. Let such affidavit be given within a fortnight. Let the matter appear on 12th October, 2012.
