1. Heard Mr.Patel, learned advocate for the applicant. In reply to repeated query, in light of the details recorded at pages 14, 18 and 19 of the FIR on record of present application, the learned advocate for the applicant has repeatedly and consistently stated and emphasized that in any proceedings and by any order, the applicant has not been declared wanted and the details mentioned in the FIR are incorrect.

2. In view of the said submission and the nature of allegations in the FIR, let NOTICE be issued returnable on 28.1.2013. In the meanwhile, investigation may proceed and any coercive action may not be taken.
