JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) The petitioners are directed to make Gujarat Adani Institute for Medical Sciences as party respondent for effective disposal of this writ-application. Since Mr Saurin Mehta appears on behalf of the said institute, he waives service. Let a copy of the application be served upon Mr Mehta. The petitioners are also directed to place on record the order passed by this Division Bench while disposing of the earlier writ-application being WP (PIL) No.76 of 2011 and further order passed on the application for review. Let the matter appear on October 18, 2012.
