On 30.07.2012, the following order is passed:
"When the matter is called out learned Advocate for the petitioners is not present.
Shri Ankit Shah, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 is present and submitted that, by virtue of ad- interim relief granted in terms of paragraph 9(B) of the petition, proceeding before the court below remained stayed.
If no representation is made on the next date of listing, i.e. 17th August, 2012, appropriate order in accordance with law will be passed.
S.O. to 17th August, 2012".
Today, when the matter is called out, no one appears for SCA/5016/2009 2/2 ORDER the petitioners.
Hence, this petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
Rule is discharged.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands vacated forthwith.
