Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and it is submitted that earlier by an order dated 5.10.2011, the documents sought to be exhibited came to be rejected on the ground that such documents could not be exhibited unless proved in the deposition and later on when the defendant submitted an application to examine the witness namely, retired Dy.Mamlatdar in support of such documents, it came to be rejected on the ground that the defendant is inclined to delay the trial and particulars are not given under what circumstances name of the proposed witness was not given within prescribed time.
Notice returnable on 24.9.2012.
