Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and it is submitted that an amount due as per order dated 21.4.2012 to be paid to respondent-wife is deposited on 28.8.2012 before the concerned Court at Bhuj, District: Kutch.

Though served, no one appears.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and the nature of interim alimony awarded to respondent and there is no representation till today, Rule returnable on 8.10.2012.

Ad-interim relief in terms of para 6 (C) and also against withdrawal of the amount so deposited.

Direct service is permitted.
