Heard learned advocates appearing for petitioners and respondent No.2. No one appears for respondent-University.

It is submitted that in spite of orders dated 01.08.2012 and 03.08.2012 passed by this Court and statement made by learned advocate for the respondent No.1-University about examination programme for B.Ed. commencing form 29.08.2012, neither the petitioners nor the respondent No.2 is communicated details about admission of the students in the ensuing examination.
3. As per the communication dated 03.08.2012 addressed by the Controller of Examination of respondent-University to learned advocate appearing for the University, it is stated that Examinations will commence from 29.08.2012. However, in SCA/8134/2012 2/2 ORDER absence of any further action in this regard by the respondent- University and non-appearance of its advocate, the Controller of Examinations, Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University is directed to remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing.
Post the matter on 27.08.2012.
Direct service is permitted, today itself. Learned advocates for the petitioners and respondent No.2-College shall communicate this order to respondent No.1 by quickest means.
