In continuation of orders passed earlier, more particularly, in para 4 of the order dated 07.09.2012, this Court has noticed that Controller of Examination and Registrar of the respondent- University prima facie committed willful disobedience and disregard to the orders passed by the Court and thereby exposed themselves to the proceedings under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
2. In answer to the above prima facie findings, affidavit in reply is filed by the Controller of Examination [CEO] respondent No.1-university, which is order to be taken on record.
3. However, Mr. Y.C.Contractor, learned counsel for the respondent No.1-university seeks time to place details and SCA/8134/2012 2/2 ORDER better particulars on record about subject matter of the petition along with relevant rules governing admission of students, submissions of eligibility certificates, norms prescribed for examination of students in B.Ed. Course, etc. At the request of learned counsel for the respondent No.1- university, post the matter on 15th October, 2012.
