Learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that respondent-husband is in arrears of Rs.2,00,000/- approximately towards maintenance, as ordered under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and arrears towards rent of Rs.4,000/- awarded by the learned Magistrate under provisions of Protection of Women against Domestic Violence Act, 2005, is to the tune of Rs.1,38,000/-.

Issue bailable warrant to the sum of Rs.5,000/- against respondent-husband returnable on 22nd May, 2012 so as to secure his presence.
