Learned counsel Mr. Jigar Patel appearing with Mr. D.C. Dave, on written instructions of the petitioners, sought permission to withdraw the petition. Learned counsel Mr. FB Brahmbhatt appearing for respondents having no objection and permission being granted, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged and interim relief is vacated with no order as to costs.
Learned counsel jointly submitted that the parties will cooperate in earliest practicable disposal of the original matter pending before the trial Court; and with such cooperation, it can be hoped that the trial Court will give appropriate priority to the matter.
