O R D E R:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in disposing of the application dated 23.08.2010 and according affiliation considering recognition accorded to the petitioner by the National Council for Teacher Education and the further action in proceeding with the fourth phase of counseling for allotting students to the institutions imparting training in D.Ed.
Course for the academic years 2010-2012.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, affiliation was granted pursuant to the application of the petitioner and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
