These Central Excise Appeals coming on for orders this day, Aravind Kumar, J., passed the following:-
O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for appellant has filed a memo for withdrawal of appeal stating therein that appellant intends to avail benefit of scheme “Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme”.
Hence placing said memo on record and for reasons set out in memo dated 2.12.2019, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
