JUDGMENT / ORDER

By an earlier order dated 19.3.2012 hoping that the matter can be redressed before the alternative redressal forum by way of mediation, the parties were directed to appear before the Gujarat High Court Mediation Centre and it was further ordered to place this matter for hearing on 23.4.2012.
Learned advocates for the parties indicate that the mediation is not possible. Hence the matter is adjourned to 12.6.2012. Registry is directed to call for the report from the Gujarat High Court Mediation Centre before the next date of hearing.
