Vakil, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. B.J.Trivedi one of the Counsels appearing for the respondent have jointly submitted that the parties desire to approach alternative redressal Forum being the Mediation Center, Gujarat High Court. In view of such welcoming step taken by the parties, this matter is referred to Gujarat High Court Mediation Center. Learned Counsels appearing for both the parties shall approach the Gujarat High Court Mediation Center by today. The matter to come up on 23rd April 2012 for further orders.
