Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr. V.D. Nanavati, learned advocate for the appellant and considering the impugned Judgment and award, the Ad-interim relief in terms of Para-6A is granted till then, on the condition that on or before 31.07.2012 the awarded amount shall be deposited before the Tribunal together with interest and costs by the appellant/applicant -Insurance Company.
