First Appeal No. 1790 of 2012 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the deceased was aged 66 years and the legal heirs and claimants relied upon post-retiral income of the deceased as an accountant in a private firm which was not shown in the income-tax returns and, besides, at the time when the claim petition was decided, the wife of the deceased was getting monthly family pension and the above aspects are not considered by the Tribunal.

Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 7(A) on the condition that decretal amount of the judgment and award impugned in this appeal be deposited before the Tribunal within four weeks from today.
