1. Learned advocate for the applicant has stated before us that the applicant has already deposited the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal with proportionate cost and interest.
2. Learned advocate Mr.Modi has appeared for the claimants.
3. We direct that the Tribunal shall invest and disburse the amount deposited as per the impugned award. We further direct that the investment in the FDR shall be renewed from time to time till the first appeal is finally decided. The claimants shall be entitled to receive periodical interest accrued on F.D.R.
4. We however, clarify that the claimants shall not be entitled to withdraw any amount to take loan on the F.D.R.
5. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
